Who is behind Pirdel
Pirdel is built and run by Jamie. I have hosted game servers for years, including Counter-Strike and Minecraft, and I set up and run my own VPSs. I kept seeing the same problem: a server lags, someone posts a profiler link, and nobody can read it. Pirdel turns that link into a plain-English answer.
It is early access. I read the feedback myself, and I would like to hear what worked and what did not: hello@pirdel.com.
How Pirdel works
- It reads a Spark link and nothing else. No logins, passwords, RCON or panel access. It is read-only.
- It follows written rules, not guesses. The diagnosis and the fixes come from a fixed set of fixes, each labelled Safe, Test first or Risky, so the same profile gives the same answer.
- It says when the answer is hardware. If the real fix is more CPU, the report says so instead of inventing a tweak.
- It keeps the diagnosis, not the raw profile. See the privacy page for what is stored.
What the guides are
The guides are written by me and use the same fixes the reports use, so a guide and a report never disagree. If a guide is wrong or out of date, tell me and I will correct it.
Try it on your own server
